\nThe amount median company director pay rose in 2024, per a report from the National Association of Corporate Directors and consultancy Pearl Meyer. Pay averaged about $242,000 across public firms.

\nThe percentage of job listings offering remote work for those earning $250,000 or more per year, according to a report by Ladders, a job site sharing positions with salaries of $100,000 or more annually. That\u2019s up from 10.44% the previous year.

\nThe share of Black, African and Caribbean job seekers looking for flexible work in December 2024, per a Flexa report. That compares with 5% in January and is the highest percentage recorded since April 2020.

\nThe percentage of U.S. workers who said they often or occasionally feel pressured to withhold feedback from employee engagement surveys, according to a report by people analytics firm Visier. Another 6% said they rarely or never answer honestly.

\nThe share of workers who said their job frequently involves busy work \u2014 tasks that look productive but \u201coffer little meaningful impact,\u201d according to a Resume Now report.
