Job Responsibilities
Plan and process the recruitment and selection processes (e.g. pre-screen, conduct interviews and screen calls, administer psychological tests, etc.).
Develop job description and job ads in accordance with requirements from line managers.
Source candidates using existing platforms and other to build a candidate pipeline and find best fit candidates.
Manage recruitment data base such as candidate files, track candidate status, and progress report through hiring process.
Promote employer branding of the organization by publishing content about the company mission, goals and benefits through social media, corporate website and networking groups
Manage and keep the record of probational and onboarding journey of successful candidates.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRM, HRD, Psychology, BBA or a related field.
At least 5 years of work experience as a recruiter both for a corporate or a recruitment agency.
Strong in working with full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques
Detail oriented, self-directed professional.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
Good command of English

Job Requirement
Bachelor degree or higher in human resources management, psychology, business management or a related field;
Have an in-depth understanding of the human resources market and industry trends, and have excellent talent search and recruitment skills;
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and partnership with clients and candidates;
Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to flexibly adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
