Profile:
Leah TSAI is the Managing Director of Singapore, and the Business Development Director of Southeast Asia. She is responsible for overseeing all operations, including business development, project delivery, leadership development, and organisational design. With over 20 years of industry experience spanning across multiple specialisations and functions, Leah’s contributions have been instrumental in creating the Talent Central brand into what it is today.
Over the years, Leah has developed and implemented talent practices that included succession planning, identification and assessment of high-potential talent and leadership competencies. Her talent for creating and building strong relationships with her clients has seen many staying as Key Accounts since the day she started.

Profile:
Ethan joined Talent Central in 2016 and has been instrumental in the growth of the Singapore office. Starting as a Consultant, Ethan was a source of inspiration for many, with his steady but rapid rate of successful placements and building of Key Accounts. Between the years of 2017 to 2020, Ethan sought to expand his scope and network further by moving to Hong Kong and then Shanghai, where he held the position of Business Leader. At both offices, Ethan replicated the successful run he had in Singapore with the set-up of new operations at each city.

Today, Miranda leverages the extensive experience she has gained to lead her team in designing client solutions via a practical and flexible approach. Their focus is to deliver services that are tailored to each client’s business goals, and to always meet and exceed their expectations.
